Hanna Herman is one of Ukraine's most controversial female politicians, a deputy in three parliaments, journalist and prose writer. The young actors of the theatre in the town of Ivano-Frankivsk, in Western Ukraine, mounted a production based on her novel ‘The Invisible Pyramids'. This proved to be a great success in numerous other Ukrainian town theatres, notably in the Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theatre.
